Your freshly cooked dishes are packaged in Oven and BBQ safe containers. The food is ready to go as is and does not need to be transferred into another container for reheating purposes, unless specified otherwise.

Reheating Chicken

Our chicken dinners are fully cooked internally to 80C/176F at The Muskoka Chef Inc., measured using a commercial grade meat thermometer, regardless of colour

You may utilize your meat thermometer when reheating your chicken to the same internal temperature, 176F/80C. Preheat your oven to 375F and cook for 20-25 minutes/or until reached internal temp of 176F

Lemon Salmon

Reheat fish, veg and quinoa in an oven safe container (feel free to use more than 1 if you don’t want to mix) at 375F for 20 minutes or until hot, topped with fresh parsley/lemon zest. Or have this delicious meal chilled with some fresh Lemon juice and paprika.

Sauces

The sauces can be warmed up with the protein or in a small dish in the microwave or small pan on the stove. Add a few tablespoons of water or stock to thin it out. Pour it over your meat or serve it on the side, Enjoy!

Beef dishes with potatoes and veg

Preheat your skillet/pan to medium-hot and place a garlic clove with a small amount of fat (olive oil, butter, or ghee). Lightly sear the meat, potatoes, and veg. Reheat jus in a small sauce pan (add some stock!). Reheat your potatoes in the oven with some parmesan and bread crumbs for crunch.

You can also reheat your Beef, veg, potatoes, and mash on the grill or smoker till your preferred doneness is achieved
